Who We Are
Asheville Adventure Rentals, a locally-owned and operated business, is a full-service gear rental, retail and instruction company located in Asheville, NC. High-quality rental and retail inventory includes whitewater, recreational and touring boats, Stand-Up Paddleboards, fishing gear, and camping essentials. Self-guided and scheduled float and fishing trips are offered on the French Broad River through the Biltmore Estates, River Arts District and some of the best fishing spots on the river.
Owners and best friends, Melissa and Derek share a love for the outdoors and a passion for paddlesports. one day, while enjoying a few beers, we started throwing around some ideas about a local shop. what started as a few scribbled notes on a napkin transformed into Asheville Adventure Rentals. We are excited to bring the first Paddlesports-focused shop to Asheville, right on the beautiful French Broad River. While we aim to bring you the highest quality retail and rental gear our top-line goal is to create a community for other like-minded folks. So come on down, introduce yourself and hang out for a bit. Kids and dogs are always welcome! We look forward to meeting you!
